Return & Refund Policy – Deep Shoper

At Deep Shoper, we value hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.


1. No Return on Innerwear & Swimwear

For hygiene and safety reasons, Hipster, Thong, Bra, Bikini, and all innerwear/swimwear products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

This policy applies even if:

  • The size does not fit
  • The customer changes their mind
  • The product has been tried on

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Product

A return or replacement may be accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video and clear product images are mandatory
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging

3. Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same product
  • If the same product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued
  • No cash refunds will be provided for innerwear or bikini products

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is out of stock after return approval
  • The order is canceled by Deep Shoper

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch

6. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure:

  • Correct size selection before placing an order
  • Reading product descriptions carefully

Deep Shoper will not be responsible for size-related issues.
